Fossils-What are they

Fossils are the remains of animals & plants that long ago. Thier remains have been replaced by minerals and the result is called a fossil.Fossils occur in rock. Many fossils are of plants and animals that used to live in the sea. Fossils are a great record of living things from a long time ago. Most of the time, the fossil is made of rock. As the soil falls away, the fossil weathers out and rolls away-often onto a beach or in a creek bed.

Seals Splashing,
Flapping
Thier tail
eyes gleaming
in the sunlight
mouth watering
for fish
Splosh a fish,
jumps up and goes
back down
through the bottomless
sapphire sea as,
fast as a roctet.
Seals pursue for the fish
they put thier snout under
water... SNAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they get eaten.

My Dragon
WALT write descriptions

My dragon's breath is as hot as the sun. My dragon has the strenth of three buses. He is as mean as a King Cobra. His breath is stupendously strong. His eyes are as beady as a rat's eyes. His name is Richard. In one swipe of his tail he can swipe out one whole army.
Richard is as red as roses. He is very fierce. His leg musles are 3 metres long. He is awesome and cool. His teeth are as dirty as mud. His pupils are as black as his cave. I liked my dragon a lot.
